More About Our Keynote Speaker
Carey Handley is a graphic designer, caregiver and co-guardian to her daughter Caytlin, Special Needs Advisor for The Handley Law Office, advocate for disability issues, and a soon-to-be-published author! Her husband, Boyd, is an attorney, co-guardian to Caytlin and founder of The Handley Law Office where he helps clients best prepare for the future.
Caytlin stays very busy working several part-time jobs, but she has always wanted to help other people, something she has been able to accomplish through her self-advocacy work. She, along with her parents, were instrumental in advocating for HB 1188, named The Caytlin Handley Act in her honor.
