People with IDD in Texas are being denied their right to receive services in the setting of their choice. The Arc of DFW Area has assembled the Home and Community-Based Services Working Group to increase understanding on the issues affecting the delivery of
quality HCBS to residents of Texas and identify pathways to affect change.
